TSH provided full services for the addition of a year-round international size arena with seating for 450 together with a major reconstruction of the existing swimming pool, sports medicine facility, fitness facilities, squash courts, new banquet hall, concession area and members lounge.

This facility now features a large lobby/atrium designed for efficient control of all user areas from a central reception desk. Energy conservation features include an energy management system, lighting controls, Low-E ceiling and high efficiency motors.

Work also included integration of old and new arena ice-making into a single refrigeration system. Pre-ordering of the electrical substation, precast cladding, refrigeration systems and site improvements contracts were arranged to expedite work.
