Major Expansion of UPS Toronto Hub Facility

TSH has been selected through a proposal and interview process to design a 250,000 square foot expansion to the Toronto Hub Facility of United Parcel Service (UPS) in the City of Vaughan. UPS is the world’s largest parcel delivery service and continuing growth has required a doubling of their sorting and loading facility. TSH will initially provide site engineering services to support UPS’s Site Development Permit application. Once the development is approved, TSH will design the hub facility which contains extensive conveying systems and truck loading/unloading facilities. The project also includes an expansion of the truck maintenance garage, fueling systems and site security.
