COMRIF Intake 3

The target date for announcing the criteria for Intake 3 is being given as late May/early June, 2006. Government information received to date is that Intake 3 will, as a result of COMRIF and budget funding, attempt to ensure financial support to municipal projects, other than roads and bridges.
