Infrastructure Asset Management: Totten Sims Hubicki Associates (TSH) and Deighton Associates Limited are pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to work jointly in the Ontario market to help Ontario municipalities improve their infrastructure asset management programs. By working together to leverage the strength of Deighton's dTIMS CT software and TSH Asset Management Group's consulting services, small and mid-sized Ontario agencies will have economical access to powerful and effective tools to manage their infrastructure assets.
