The Regional Municipality of Durham has appointed TSH as Consulting Engineers for a comprehensive regional maintenance operations and fleet depot facilities building audit and study.

This detailed audit of the Public Works depots in Scugog, Ajax, and Whitby/Oshawa will assist the Region’s Public Works department in better managing the services they provide, both now and in the future.  For all three of these depots, TSH will conduct a full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and environmental audit.  The results from the facility audits will be combined with previously completed audits for the Sunderland and Orono depots. 

The project will address several key items, including the condition of all depot facilities, an operational analysis to optimize existing and planned services, and an examination of current capacity and future requirements as the region grows.
