TSH awarded major design assignment for renovation of the Toronto Transit Commission’s Birchmount Bus Garage

The TSH Building Department was recently awarded a major design assignment for a multi-year renovation of the Toronto Transit Commission’s Birchmount Bus Garage. The project will include the creation of new office spaces, replacement of aging bus hoists and inspection pits, additions and alterations to fueling and lubrication systems, roofing and building envelope replacement and creation of new parking areas. The project is headed by Project Manager Jeff Spence and will involve the TSH Structural and Civil groups as well as architects and mechanical/electrical design staff.
