Valerie McGirr, P. Eng., a Transportation Engineer
with over 25 years of experience in the planning, design
and construction of transportation facilities, is the
Manager of TSH’s Ottawa Office.
Ms. McGirr specializes in project management, transportation
planning, traffic engineering and environmental planning
for multi-disciplinary projects such as environmental
assessments and preliminary and functional roadway designs.
Her project experience includes rural and urban provincial
freeways and highways as well as a variety of municipal
arterials, collector roads and bridges.
