Ray Tufgar, M.B.A., P. Eng.
Vice President and Branch Manager

Ray Tufgar is Vice President, South Western Ontario, and Manager of the Kitchener-Waterloo Branch of TSH. He also leads the Water Resources Group. Mr. Tufgar has over 30 years of experience in Water Resources and Municipal Engineering experience.

Mr. Tufgar has specialized in a wide range of Water Resources related work including Watershed and Subwatershed management, Infrastructure and Master servicing studies, Stream and Wetland restoration, Erosion control and Slope Stabilisation. This work has included a broad range of EA work, pre-design, design and implementation projects. He has participated on a number of interdisciplinary committees for the preparation of federal, provincial, and municipal guideline and policy documents.
