Mike Delsey, P. Eng.
Vice President, Transportation Planning Services

Mike Delsey is the Office Manager of TSH's Water Street Office in Whitby. He has 30 years of combined public and private sector experience in traffic and transportation engineering, specializing in transportation planning, preliminary design and environmental assessment for roads, highways and transit infrastructure.

A registered Professional Engineer in the Province Ontario, Mr. Delsey is also an active member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and is Past-Chair of the Transportation Association of Canada "Geometric Design Standing Committee".

While Ontario has been the focus of most project experience, Mr. Delsey has also worked across Canada, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.
