James D. McEwen is Vice President of the Municipal Department. Working as a Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for municipal design and construction projects.

Incorporating over 27 years experience in municipal engineering, Mr. McEwen specializes in Municipal Engineering, Project Management, Infrastructure Reconstruction and Rehabilitation, Assessment Schedules, OMB Hearings, Drainage Litigation Matters, Land Development Peer Review, Alternate Dispute Resolution and Mediation.
