David LeBlanc, M.Eng., P.Eng.
Manager, Structural Department

David LeBlanc is currently Manager of the Structural Group, and has over 20 years experience in inspection, planning, design, rehabilitation and construction inspection services for major infrastructure projects in Ontario and internationally.

Mr. LeBlanc is recognized as a Structural Specialist in both Bridge and Building design and has published numerous articles in journals and conferences across North America. He has acted as Project Manager on a wide variety of complex structural engineering projects in both the Transportation and Building Services Groups.
