Doug Allingham, P. Eng.
President

Doug Allingham is a Director and the President of TSH. He has over 25 years experience in the fields of transportation/traffic engineering and transportation planning.

During his career, Mr. Allingham has successfully directed a variety of multi-faceted environmental assessment, transportation planning, roadway feasibility and preliminary design studies, as well as public consultation programs for Municipal agencies and the Province of Ontario.
