Bill Wilcox, P.Eng. has over 25 years of experience in the field of Municipal Engineering and is currently the Manager of the Cobourg Office.

Mr. Wilcox's specific experience embraces design and construction of many rural and urban road and bridge projects incorporating storm and sanitary sewers, waterworks, traffic signals and illumination installations. Mr.Wilcox has direct responsibility for all municipal engineering clients within the City of Kawartha Lakes, City of Belleville, Towns of Cobourg and Port Hope and the Municipality of Clarington.
