Brian Ruck, P.Eng., C.V.S.
Manager, Transportation and Value Engineering

Brian Ruck has 25 years of combined public and private sector experience in transportation engineering, specializing in transportation design, preliminary design and environmental assessment for roads and highways as well as leading Value Engineering Studies.

A registered Professional Engineer in the Province Ontario, Mr. Ruck is also a Certified Value Specialist with the Society of Value Engineers International (SAVE). He has been the VE Team Leader for numerous Value Studies across Canada as well as in the states of Florida, South Carolina, and Rhode Island.
