History
Built on a tradition of engineering
excellence and innovation, TSH provides full services
for public, commercial, and industrial infrastructure
and environmental management.
Our vision began in 1962 with the
establishment of Geo. L. Totten and Associates
Limited, in Cobourg. Between 1962 and 1966 founding
partners George Totten, Ted Sims and John Hubicki,
who after a combined quarter-century of public
service as county engineers, joined to establish
Totten Sims Hubicki and Associates. Today, our
multifaceted team includes over 350 professionals
and support staff representing a breadth of experience,
skill and talent.
Our multi-disciplinary capabilities
have continuously evolved, enabling us to keep
current with changing regulatory and social environments.
We are well positioned to meet the challenges
that lie ahead. As we move into the technological
future of faceless communication, our personal
accountability to you will remain unchanged. We
continue to expand our network of offices and
alliances to provide a high level of service.
